SHIPPING
At this time, we can only provide shipping to the US. Unless otherwise advertised, your order will be shipped within 3-5 working days. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery. You can always contact us for any shipping question at support@mgraphics-books.com.
SALES
All our sales are final, no returns or refunds, with exception of damaged product(s). In unlikely event you receive a damaged book please initiate return/refund through our email support@mgraphics-books.com and we gladly replace the damaged product(s) or refund your full purchase price (except shipping).
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your damaged item to request an exchange or refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@mgraphics-books.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return postage fees are the responsibility of the customer.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
NON-RECEIVED OR LOST ITEM
There are cases, unfortunately, when our customers do not receive their orders. That could happen when order is delayed by unknown reasons or lost by shipping vendor (more likely USPS). If you suspect that your order was delayed or lost you must contact us (send email to support@mgraphics-books.com with your request) in case that ordered product was not received within 2-3 weeks from the time of order. Your request give us a reason to initiate an enquiry of whereabout of not-received product.
As soon as we initiate such enquiry we going to keep you informed of why the order was delayed in delivery and provide you accurate up-to-date information. If we get a confirmation from USPS that your order was lost we will immediately replace your lost order.
